    In short: OlaGrow only collects your email address to contact you at launch. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
  

1. Who we are

OlaGrow is a market-garden management application developed and operated in Quebec, Canada. For any privacy-related question, contact us at contact@olagrow.com.

2. Data collected

As part of the waitlist (early access), we collect:

Email address — voluntarily provided at signup.
IP address — recorded automatically for security and spam-prevention purposes.
Signup date — timestamp of your access request.

Once the application is open, we may collect additional data related to your usage (seedling batches, tasks, etc.). This data remains yours and is hosted on our servers in Canada.

3. Use of data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Contact you when early access opens.
Send you updates on project progress (very low frequency).
Improve our services (aggregated and anonymized analysis only).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where legally required. We do not use any behavioral advertising services.

5. Hosting and security

Your data is hosted on servers located in Canada. Communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Retention period

Your waitlist data is kept until official launch or until you request deletion. If you never activate an account, your data is deleted within 12 months of launch.

7. Your rights

In accordance with applicable law (including Quebec's Law 25), you have the following rights:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction — correct inaccurate information.
Deletion — request erasure of your data.
Unsubscribe — opt out of any communication with a simple email.

8. Cookies

The olagrow.com homepage uses no tracking cookie or third-party analytics. The app.olagrow.com application uses a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
