Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for the OlaGrow waitlist or using the application, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

OlaGrow is a market-garden management tool enabling seedling batch tracking, visual crop planning, task management, and production traceability. The service is provided as-is, during active development.

3. Early access (beta)

During the beta phase:

• Access is free and by invitation.
• Service interruptions may occur without notice for updates.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed.
• We encourage you to report any issue to contact@olagrow.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use OlaGrow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is notably prohibited to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' systems or data.
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the service for commercial resale purposes without prior agreement.
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Ownership of data

The data you enter into OlaGrow (batches, crops, tasks, notes) belongs to you. You may request an export at any time. We claim no rights over your content.

6. Intellectual property

The OlaGrow software, its interface, text, and design are the exclusive property of their authors. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

OlaGrow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your critical data.

8. Billing (coming soon)

At official launch, paid plans will be offered. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be detailed in a separate billing policy communicated before the transition to paid mode. Early access registrants will be notified by email before any change.

9. Termination

You may stop using OlaGrow at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
